So, if you are registered now in that gray area, feel lucky.

Kind of a pity with the huge new expansion coming up. Guessing they put this in to curb bot accounts not really anything against foreigners in general.

TLDR: You can no longer create an account longer then 14 days unless you live in korea or have a korean phone.
