I am just wondering, how do you upgrade necklaces?

You upgrade them from the Ganz Boutique.

You probably know this but, The number of Options it has, Say it has 0/2 Options, You can't exceed more than a lvl 2 Celon.

So if its a 0/1 Option Necklace, then you can only use a lvl 1 Celon.

it's in the town, on the mini map blue dots represent NPCs, you want to go to the one in the very bottom left

that s not true...

the number of options only says how much celon u can add
the option level says the max lv of celon u can add

It's still the same thing...? Go try and add a Lvl 3 Celon to an option 0/2 lol

because the maxoptionlvl from the necklage,ring,bracelet is lower than 3...

I have a ring with 0/1 which hold a lvl3 celon

I've put a Lvl2 celon to an option slot 0/1. Those are just slots and the Option Level is the lvl limit of celon u can use. so it is possible to add 2 lvl 3 celons to a 0/2 if its option lvl is atleast 3.
