It depends on what you want to do.
To start with, "full int" on a mage should be more like upping your Sta to 30 or 40 or so, and stopping there, rather than leaving it at 15. My Ringmaster is 100% Int, but she gets +40 Sta from Heap Up... so effectively, "100% INT" means 55 STA.
I'm currently building a full-INT Psykeeper for giant hunting. She's lvl 39 now, with 30 Stamina and the rest in Int. Manager Cardpuppets (lvl 42) do hurt quite a bit, but nothing that a Rollbread can't fix. I may or may not up the Stamina a bit more, but I'll see. If things get tight, like an aggro spawning on me when I just started attacking something else, I just run and shake it off, then continue. If the aggro is just spawning too close (I like to get the "free" shots where monsters are still at a distance and can't hit me yet) I use the combo for faster casting.
The general idea for this build is rather simple: if I kill Giants that are MY level, there'll be monsters *below* my level around (since giants are a few levels ahead of their normal counterparts). So I shouldn't have problems dealing with the occasional aggro coming at me, despite being a low-STA build. Lots of Int, on the other hand, ups the damage and the mana pool... which should help taking away the heap of hitpoints giants tend to have.
For levelling, I can always look for a Ringmaster providing heap up and holycross; I'll just have to be a bit more careful about aggros, and "letting go" of my current target to run won't make me loose out on a pile of item drops in these cases, it's just a single monster kill.

Went back to Cabal for a bit, but PK isn't my thing at all, so I don't know how long I'll stay this time.
