Well im lvl 31 and i was p lvled by one of my friends A LOT to get to lvl 31 so my skills are at low lvl. Im confused about whats goin to happen in the winter...so is this good or bad for my character???

I mean im lvl 31 and my skills are like lvl 4 lmfao i just wanna know exactly whats goin to happen. Are my skills goin to be reseted and im goin to have skill points?

And how will i lvl up my skills now is it every time i lvl up i get skill points or something..?? is it goin to have the maplestory skill system,ragnarok skill system compare it to another games skills system ..i just dont wanna be confused.
