A good free to play mmorpg... or at least cheap montly fees

a game like guild wars where you pay for the game but you dont have to pay to play. guild wars is a great game yet its free to play. i wouldnt mind paying a little bit of money either just not 15 bucks a month for WoW or everquest 2 maybe like 5 if the game is good.
