when i try to log in, it tells me something that i have to install, and i install it but i still dont log in and everything is in blank ... i already checked if its the fire wall but nothing either...

can some one help me in any way? or if some one that has had this type of prob. and that has resolved it? any help would be appreciated

idk but mabe its ur virus scanner or spy sweeper if u got 1

i actually dont know if it may be a virus... but still i did check if it was fire wall.... but i actually just saw that fire wall is deactivated... i assume that it doesnt do anything... right?
