well i am wanting to play SUN but at the registration and websites i get ?????????????????????? ...so i am guessing i need a language pack......were can i get one and how do i installe it.

i thought windows comes with language packs

google it and you can dl them off the net

There's an option to install them when you first install Windows. Or maybe you can mess around Start->Settings->Control Panel->Language Settings, etc and you might stumble upon it.

you have to go to

start>>control panel>>regional language settings>>advance tab>>(SELECT) korean. and restart... and if so ask for CD, insert your XP CD and let it search for the file... and blaaaaa, you have now KOREAN KO KO!
