well your question is so typically for newbies however
answers:
1. class = if you like a defensive class go for shielder and if you like massive attack using sword, go force blader, blader for speed attack and wizards for great damage.
2. builds are easy to identify you just need to choose what class are you.
3. leveling = no need to worry coz quest will surely lead you to those places.
