We are immediately hiring gamemaster(s) and a marketing specialist to market and promote the game. We need someone who knows the desires of gamers, cares about their needs and understands the market for MMORPGs.

As a gamemaster, you would:

• Address and resolve customer/player issues;
• Develop and maintain customer/player relations;
• Investigate and document complex issues with regard to game exploits, trade fraud, spammers, “bot” users and harassment issues;
• Document and communicate game/technical/investigation issues to technical staff;
• Document and communicate in-game community satisfaction, revenue stream, and revenue-building opportunities;
• Organize and run events for the community of players;
• Provide input on content driven events, updates, and future enhancements;
• Monitor game servers to ensure stability and fair game play;

As a marketing specialist, you would:

• Develop strategies to promote the game(s);
•Promote the game(s) through affiliate programs, banners, magazines, print media, events, and other media outlets;
• Analyze trends and research new business opportunities;
• Compile reports on activity level, marketing strategies and custome concerns;

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English;
• Exellent oral and written communication skills;
• Knowledge and passion for MMORPGs;
• Teamwork;
• Good computer skills.
• Experience with Massive Multiplayer Online Games is ideal
• Must display a high degree of proficiency in English as well as proficiency in technological and on-line jargon.
• Individual should have good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office suite of products. Basic networking knowledge is a plus
