Both Japan and Korea's versions are p2p.
You can still sign up for a 7 day trail though.
I haven't heard anything really on China's version, as a matter of fact, I don't even know if it was released on schedule...

Granado Espada has thus far cost over 56 million US Dollars to make, so if you're hoping it'll be free you can pretty much kiss that idea goodbye.
The current estimated price for the English version will be around 15 USD/month.
I base this on the Japanese version's price which comes out at 17 USD/Month(I don't know about the korean version's pricing sorry).

But, there is still supposed to be a beta test for the English version before it turns p2p.
And even if there's not then you will still have a 7 day trial to try the best MMORPG currently made.
(In my opinion anyway)
