Help!(sound issue)

In Nostale everytime I attack I can't hear any sounds coming out. This have nothing to do with the option thing and uncheck the boxes. I notice everytime I go in the game the WAVEs files for the attacking sound always go missing everytime. Can I have some help?

Uncheck either of the 2 box above the option window in game

I already knew that.

I have the back ground music on and sound on but the hitting or attacking sound is missing!
