how do i learn to fly and get scatter...who teaches this to you?

go to twin city. then go to the job center(???) thats near to where the guild director and wharehouse guardian are.

inside there are npcs for each class who you can talk to who will promote you if you are high enough level. you get promoted at lvls 40, 70, 100 and then 110 i think im not really sure, you shuld check the CO site.

anyways... if you are a lvl 40 archer then you need to get yourself a bunch of exenuite ores. you can mine these in the twin city mine or just buy them from someone in the market. some people may even give you them for free.

take these to the job center in twin city and talk to the archer npc. he will promote you to the next job class. he also gives you a unique socket bow... which is nice.
