First i download Dragongem on my mom's pc and it didn't work her pc can only take like trickster and Maple story So at my dad i got my own pc.
I play Wold of warcraft on it and it even didn't work i was like WTF

could sombody tell me the problem

possibly corrupted download file
possibly your activex doesn't support it, get 9.0c
possibly your directx sucks too, update it
possibly the site is down and the servers are being updated, just wait
possibly you used up too much memory space from other games and etc so that it is too heavy to run
possibly you forgot to patch the game by going to the dragongem folder.

those are the only reasons i can think of
