New Death Repair Cost - Level based not Armor based

What do you guys think about the last patch where the cost for repairing is dependant on level and not the armor you were wearing?

No more grinding with level 1 binder/guarder/etc., but I think that level 1 armor was a broken design anyways. Kinda harder to level, but I think it's worth it.
