When in doubt, to do a screenshot, use print screen :-P If it hasn't created a screenshot in a screenshot folder automatically well then either A. It has not been assigned to Print Screen and could be something else like CTRL + P or B. It doesn't have a auto screenshot function so you'll have to go into a program such as Photoshop and create a new file, paste the print screen screenshot then save it. Also, do remember that each time you press print screen it replaces the old screenshot you took with a new one, unfortunety I do not know a way around this though I think its possible to save multiple print screens to the clip board? but again as I said I do not know.
