i am going to buy a new computer soon, i have done heaps of lookin around and iv cum up with a setup i think is good.
CPU: INTEL core 2 duo E6750 MOBO: Intel S775 Gigabyte GA-P35-S3L (DDR2) RAM: Desktop DDR2 Ram Corsair-Value Select PC2-5300 667MHz 2GB (2x1024M ![]() GPU: Video Card PCI-e (nV) 8600GT 256MB EVGA (540MB/1400MB/D-DVI/HDTV) HDD: 3.5" HDD IDE 500GB 16MB Western Digital POWER SUPPLY: Power Supply Seasonic S12Energy+550W (SS-550HT Active PFC) i want to use it for gaming/media but im not sure if it will play the latest games. should i get a better graphics card or is it good? thanx in advance

If that 256MB is dedicated graphics memory, you should be fine for most games. If it's shared memory, you might have problems running the latest games (read: run on minimum graphics with ~30 FPS) but should still be alright for GuildWars. Either way it's sweet for just playing media.

your computer was outdated as soon as you bought it they got make such minor upgrades that by like 1 year if you buy a computer it will be outdated. But your just bragging about your computer your telling us you just went into the store and picked up a random pc?
