When can i Download Gunster?

When can i download gunster?I checked their site and it says 3:00pm-9:00pm PST.Right now it's 3:26pm where I live and I still can't download it.

DUMB DUMB! omfg you dont live in pdt or pst so dont expect to be able to get on your 3pm time dumb dumb omfg also you download the game by comeing on the server open time and it installs the game thru ur IE+
