thorny rat s are actually pretty good for warriors, they suck at the start but they all do
since they are ranged, u can use ur main character as a tank which a swordsman will automaticly be for all mobs and npc.
a thorny rat has a high hit rate and does pretty nice dmg
it s also nice for a swordsman to have a melee char to get the first hit easely and having the mob locked on you.
later in the game the mobs have skillz which can blackout the entire party within a range of 1 block, when using a ranged npc & pet they wont be affected.
