Default Trickster Support is worthless

I, like many others, am having a problem logging in with a new ID. For some reason my account receives the login error on the Trickster website, but works for other game&game games and the official website. I finally emailed support specifically addressing the problem that myself and others are receiving and they sent me a reply telling me how to install the game. I don't think my email could have been any clearer that my brother, who uses the same computer, has a working account. Nowhere in their response did they even remotely address anything about a login problem. I am amazed that these people actually get paid for their job or even got hired to begin with. This may be the worst support I have ever wasted my time with.

Please, if anyone found a way to login with a new account, or is having the same issue and has gotten better feedback, then let me know. Your help will be greatly appreciated. It is sad that more often players are the helpful ones in the online community while support does nothing.

um i cant agree more but still i dont think there is a reason to call them worthless there probably doing all they can i do have a problem loging in but i dont think it is a kind thing to do to call them worthless.

I know however did you get the e-mail? if you didn't it may be in junk,

SSO yes? now go to Trickster online and click accounty and click Join us (gng member) its a common mistake that I made too

I don't think they are doing everything they can when I send them a question about logging in and they send me directions on installing the game. If they actually read my email then it would have been made clear that the game is already installed with my brother having a working account. How doesn't that make them worthless to me? They provided no help or direction and instead set me one step backwards by telling me to do an already completed process over again. Would you find it helpful if you asked a question about logging in and you got a response telling you to install the game?

I sent them another reply email being even more specific and they have still not gotten back to me. I never recieved an email from game&game or Trickster, but my account works for every other game.
