Technically, if you want to get all literal and philosophical. "best" lies in the mind of a person, and even then there is no "best" it is a made up word that man gives definition to. It is only a word to make 'something' more superior than 'something' else. For instance, there could be 1000 people and I could ask them what is the "best" food and there is a chance they would give me 1000 different answers. Now when I ask what is the "best" game, I am referring to what we toss around on the daily as a reference to 'what is your opinion' / 'what do you favor more' of course the ignorant and non intelligent people who have an ego to feed would always say "best" is in the eye of the beholder.
