There is a 9 v 9 MMO Baseball game in developmental/closed beta stages. I don't know much more about it due to very limited testing, NDA, and lack of functioning website (which is coming up soon).

All I can say is it beats Ultimate Baseball Online (UBO) and Real Baseball Online (RBO), the games 2 predecessors.
