Chinese Beta Accounts are now available by being chosen after putting in your info.
just enter the application URL into
translate.google.com
Put your phone number in, has to be MOBILE.
Not sure if it will work with american phones, but the phone number IS accepted.
Remember to put a 1 in front of your area code!
