I was wondering if there could be a whole section for games entering closed beta/in open beta stages for people to sign up for and discuss. At least a place to list a compendium of updated games that one might want to look at or help test. So far as I know this doesnt exist officially, but it's very hard to decipher half the topics in the Free MMORPG forum.

Indeed that is a very good idea. Because the free section always get spammed be OB and CB games
