1) Lag doesn't effect scrolling chance.

2) 1 scroll out of 3 isn't that bad. 2 out of 3 is what you would expect on average so thats only 1 less than average working, out of a very small sample size (3 scrolls). I once had 5 60%'s fail in a row. Thats when you start getting worried.... 1 out of 3 is nothing.

Think of when you've dragged the scroll onto the item and its about to scroll but theres lag; does the lag suddenly creep into the game and make your scrolls work?

Why can't anyone understand that it's just luck! You don't add cheats into games like MS.
