Account trades are particulary dangerous (and a lvl 62 isn't difficult to make, for that matter) --- not only can they not be traded via the trade window, but FlyFF does not let you change the password on the account... so the seller will continue to have access to the account forever.

And that's not even accounting for the danger that the seller doesn't have to tell you the truth about the stats --- it could be a completely messed up char.
