I don't see a way to make it into an rpg unless u get the rmxp source and that would take alot of skill and time to turn it into a mmorpg. If you made it with gamemaker. It wouldnt take very much time. Theres a tutorial at www.gamemaker.nl. If the game engine you are using is made for making only single player rpgs. you should just not try to make it into a mmorpg. Just restart it into a mmorpg engine.
