anyone else stuck on Entering the Channel?? or do i have to close something or do sumthing when it says this?

We are very sorry about this happen. This problem will cost more than 3 days.

We need to fix the gateway from the lobby server to entrance server.

It is not that simple as it looks like. Therefore, we need more than 3 days.
