hm...do you mind posting a screenshot of what it says after you press 'character deletion'?
perhaps the character deletion process have changed~

or maybe you picked the wrong server & the character is on another...

ooh~ right, you don't type your character name, lols...i entirely forgot. too many mmorpg switching for me o3o!

you have to type 삭제하겠습니다 (as instructed in bold) in the box in order to delete it.
i don't think copy+pasting is allowed inside latale, so you'll have to type it with the IME korean keyboard.

an easier way would be asking someone to create your account. no dumb *** would give you a kssn. that would be same as giving your credit card or something lol
