I saw a vampire lady with fire on her spear and a baku or w/e with some red shit on his weapons. How do I get this on my weapons? Also what is the best element for the spear guy? Also, can I give money and sell iteams?

And elemental runes give it the extra power and the effects but it HAS to match the weapon element.

Example: Lightning Rune on a Lightning Weapon.

Ya i know that but what I don't know is the chances and if the number/ level of people matters.

number of players or level doesn't effect the chance of getting a rune.. Rune are
randomly given out in pvp match and there are total of 12 runes that can be randomly given out. Unless you want to do one of the mission that contion clown dunno the name but the reward for finishing the mission is a rune.

and i recommend you guys to buy the 11k weapons only the 2k ones blow they dont do anything unless you have the runes just save up for the 11k one they do 12% element dmg containing 3 runes i say its worth it!
