What setting should i use on Prophecies?

guys i wanna have an idea what setting i should use on my crappy comp
spec is
Intel P4 1.5ghz
256mb RD Ram
Win XP Pro
128mb Radeon 9000
( yea i know it's crappy but my good comp runs guild war too fast T_T, any solutions? here is spec.)
Intel Core Dual Proc E6700 (2.6ghz, 1066 fsb, 4m cache)
Win XP Pro
2gb non ecc sd ram
128 Radeon X1800

Umm try from the lowest and go UP

Why dont you try running it on highest... if you get lag put it down a bit, if you still get lag... again.. etc..
