The best combo of weapon u can get is all slots with +1 element and a exptert rune.

Now on a 2.5k weapon u can only get +2 element dmg which is less then the 11k weapon.



With this knowledge we can figure out that thr 11k weapon is best (for now until other weps come out:P)

I don't see why the 2.5k is worse than the 11k weapon, the 11k weapon is just slotted with 3 +1s already in for you, but the 2.5k has all 5 slots clean. The only difference is the slots, am I right? o_O
