Well, hmm. Never had this problem but since you waited at the loading screen of beach, which i've never had because i knew that meant server is down. Maybe it's down?

Crap, you use norton. I hate norton O.o, look for something that blocks cookies and put it at 'Allow all cookies' or whatever similiar to text.
Try that, if that doesn't work, look for something called a 'Trusted Zone' and add Infinity, should be an ip address. If it is, here you go 222.111.150.83.
^This should be a solution for the Infinity and GamenGame website but it's worth a try.
Maybe try uninstalling Norton and download ZoneAlarm. You can get ZoneAlarm at www.download.com. You don't need to if you don't to, just a suggestion.
I use ZoneAlarm for firewall it's free and one of the best. No, I am not just saying that and I am not cheap. I recommend this to anyone, even those who want to spend money on a firewall program.
Sorry, I was playing Infinity. It seems on weekend it is on all day? Well where I am I don't get to play Infinity for a long while so I take advantage of this.

Well, now I am going to sleep, I really suggest getting ZoneAlarm, post again tomorrow.

i too have the same problem, i dont use firewalls only windows firewall, and norton antivirus program not firewall. heres the screenie:

I cant even go into da website .. zZzz .. Im using IE 6 .. Tried logging in in GnG ebsite and then go into infinity from there .. No use .. sigh .. Help me please ..

i cant log in to the website neither...
this blows... i have downloaded the client agani and reinstalled it (onmy C drive now...) redid the active X, and still cant log in... i hope this'll go better soon because i hate the server they have

OK you got an easy problem. Did you try my list around the beginning?
1. Use Internet Explorer
2. Check your firewall and Internet settings. Look for something that block cookies. Put it at "Allow all cookies" for both Internet exporer and your firewall.
3. Download Active X manually in the website.
4. Did you sign up at GamenGame? Just type your username which should be your e-mail, make sure you do number 2 though.
The client has nothing to do with logging in. You never needed to uninstall the client.

Im pretty sure this should sovle your problem.

To darkknight55:
darkknight55 try to download ZoneAlarm and quit using Windows firewall. Even if Norton isn't an Firewall, it would probably block some stuff. Did you guys BUY antivirus?

I should make a new post and try to help everyone out.

nope.. doesnt work.. d/led zonealarm, still stuck there...
i even tried disabling everything, norton, windows firewall, zonealarm..

Hmm, i have no more ideas on how to fix this. If the firewall thing doesn't work then the only thing left for me to guess is that the server is down. Sorry, maybe it'd be best if you post a new thread for help.
