I DONT GET IT...so many ppl cant play including me...btw those can play, can YOU help those cant play..

i can prbably solve all ur problems. for those people that dont have program files in C drive should make one now. If u cant log into the website...try logging onto gamengame.com and click the infinity website through them. If u need active x, download it and run it, if u get some korean stuff popping up, let it stand there for 10 mins dont touch anything else or it will fail. If u cant understand me, im sorry ill try to explain it deeper next time.

I'll try to help. I had a problem and solved it myself
Here we go:

1. Always use Internet Explorer
2. Download Active X manually (^What Useless said, Korean stuff will come up. Just wait for it until you get another option to press, or you know it's finished)
3. Check your firewall or Internet Explorer privacy settings. If it is blocking cookies, Infinity and GamenGame won't work properly.
4. You need a GamenGame account, once you get that, just sign in using your e-mail in Infinity.
5. Infinity's server is usually down for people not living in Asia. For me, Infinity opens server at 5:00 p.m. Pacific.
6. Remember this game is still very new and has lots of bugs. Login server might be down a few times so maybe that's why it doesn't work. Just try at different times.

That's all I got, if it still doesn't work, post your problem and I'll try to help.

what needs to be done, if you can log in on the site properly (with IE) but when you press on game start, nothing happens? :/

well i can get in game...then i see trees....for like 3 mins and they tell me thati cant connect to lobby...

im from asia btw(singapore)and also when i go website thinking that it is down..i dont see messages..isit crashed or isit my computer problem i cant load it???

can also tell me what time at my place will it usually open??

i got no problem with active..its only tis (tree) problem..i nvr see any help guides about tis...thats why i asked

BTW, it should probably be 8:00 a.m in Singapore when Infinity is online.

When you open up Infinity you get to a beach?
If it stays at the beach with nothing happening then the server is down. If it says "You cannot connect to server" or something like that, then the server is down.

Does it say you cannot connect to lobby?
Then my guess would be firewall. What firewall program do you use?
