Help lvling spearman

Hello, I'm a little noob and i have a question.
Is a good idea lvl my spearman with these stats?

str: enough for equip
agi: my lvl x 2
vit: rest

Well if u not planning on any trade skills then yeah but im sure you would want at least 1 so you will need some DEX...

Just check around the forum for stat advice. Also, make sure you make use of all the people who can produce items for you, and keep hold of materials that can be used for items you need.
