just telling u im just another thirteen year old (12 actually) but im not really learning c++ or anything yet. i wanna but its confusing lol. i just sat in Texas History a few days ago and thouhg of an idea. Plz dont flame me.

here are my ideas. what if u were a settler moving into texas and u have to work for a living. like u farmed and fished, and made everything. build ur own house, talk with people at the square. just like a life sim. but u could do like quests or something. eveyrthing would be like in 1st person. u could hunt deer or any animals and then skin them for fur or something, become a black smith (gun smith w/e lol), weave ur own clothes, and etc. u could do practically everything u could do back in the 17th century.

once again tahts just an idea and plz dont flame me!!! xD.

They already made it. It's called Orgeon Trail.

ah lol never mind then xD..

edit* i just noticed the oregon trail was kinda old. and what im saying is not like the oregon trail. ur not going on a trail and face trouble and stuff. its just like sims in the past (sort of). Like u do eveyrthing in 1st person shooter form. if im mistaken about the orgeon trail thingy tell me cause i couldnt find anything about.

Thats a pretty good idea. I loved Oregon Trail and i still do. Best Game of all time. Though stuff like that would be hard to make.

It sounds like it could be a good sim based mmo. You know the kind like "Second Life".

The idea is great, and with the cath that it is essentiall Organ Trail Online, it would have many people flocking to try it.

Your idea is simply "Second Life" in the 17th century.
If the game had evolving servers that let people move in, claim and buy land, and hire artificial workers, it it would be great. Spend the time and pain building up a life and then have fun running a 17th century farmhouse with hired workers, all the while visiting neighboring faarms or cattle ranches to have fun with the friend or cause havok to your rivals.

You go from there.
