Default Real Best of classes...

well i know youve heard a bunch of mathematical stuff about how classes are balanced out ... i just tell you the enviroment/ map is the one to determine who is the strongest...

Due to the release of ludi... many things have changed.....as i said maps/monster is all that determine a classes strengh and also their new jobs for Ex: 1st job/2nd Job/ 3rd Job....

Its a myth that all jobs are equal... while one might own 1 map 1 might own the whole island.

Note: this has no 4th job in consideration

Best In class Mage

lvl 30-82 fire mage totally takes out all the rest of mage class... you might say what about ice mage / clerics... well clerics are more defensive.. their offense is not good at all they are by far the weakest in offense.. ice mage? well ice mage is all about offence and its damage is much weaker than a fire mages... and freezing doesnt really help because mages really wont be training ne where near some thing very strong... plus you cant freeze bosses..

83-130+? ice mages pretty much dominate this part.... in vikings they total rock... at 9x with thunder spear you can easily do 8-10k damage on a viking and 2-4k with ice....while fire mages have to fight at dual pirates.. they do about 5-8 k with their compo at lvl 9x for much less exp... pluss dual pirates have less magic def than vikings....

Note: this is with out 4th jobs

130+ i would say clerics are beginnig to dominate... their damage is around 7-10k damage on a dark monster and 4-7k on non dark... but plus with thier skills they are unstopable.. also they make the most mesos 95+(not using ne many/hp pots at all at Mdt(master death teddies.)

Warriors:

2nd job:

Fighters from 30-76/80...They simply do mage damage and more speed than pages / spearman... Most Hp WITH OUT HB.... fast lvling warriors

3rd Job:80+

Dragon Knight: Arguable the best class in maplestory.. They are unbeatable class with a priest... they do more damage than crusaders (with out panic -.-) And they can mob with the same damage with out sparing damage with crusaders.... Plus they have Hb which every one wants these days -.-...

I have no idea about White Knights... but i would have to say... white knights are all terrain ... probably able to defeat Crusaders since crusader cant jus panic all the time ... they need to charge up their "Ballz" idk this white knight vs crusaders is very debatable... some say they hate chaging the elements some say panic suck... like i said i really dont know ...

Archers:

Crossbowman/Sniper - I Think they are better than ranger/bowman all the way.... they do more damage.... have freeze instead of fire.... which is pretty
useless in ludi.... from what i heard rangers can shoot faster? can ne one clarify this... if so then they are pretty much the same...

Thief:

very diffrent during lvls....

30-50

Sins pretty take this part because of pure power... both classes dont really have other skills to do any thing special..

50-80

Bandit/CB ... Totally win.... over the mesos lost from sins on stars... bandits get most of thier moses from this part of lvling... Thier attks are more stable... able to dish out more damage over time ...

80+

Hermit take down Cbs... we have Sp which pushes our damage away from Cbs... Cb waste millions and millions per lvl..... ive heard story of Cb losing around 6-15 mil per lvl.... from 86+ depends how wise you are with pots/preist... while sins are getting steady with stars...Hemits wills till lsoe money from lvlnig too but not nearly as mcuh as Cb... plus hermits are doing more damage over time. and we got mesos skills to boost our economic status tremendously.. Range is on Hermit's side too... as you know the bump of monster such as viking is tremendous... taking a hit or 2 will have to make you use a ice cream pop....this is the main downfall of Cbs... the pure cost of pots surpass the hermits usage of pots and summon stones combined...

Best Class of all......

Well in my opinion(all above are facts....)(this maybe factual ;D)

Dk/ Sins come out top during 130+

As i explained in the top.... Dk are VERy VERy VERy strong.... many Sins quit to become dks... but later on sins (140+) sins become very close to dks... its a tied match ... right now suuushi can deal more damage over time than tiger....... ne one 120+ know this info... thats y Zakum is full of sins/ dks/.. very little of other classes.. some mages because they are valued during when zakum is pretty much immune to physical attks...

well i explained it all... i expect to recieve some comments from zadam lol and some other intelectual

Well no offense but this analysis is totally biased, and I don't agree... :P

For many reasons... Example you say Fire Mages outdamage Ice mages and therefore you conclude that Fire dominates the 2nd job. You don't even take into account the fact that Ice mages also get Lightning which can hit up to 6 enemies at once letting Ice/Lit mages level super fast indeed. Killing 6 low/medium difficulty monsters will give you a lot more XP than killing one high difficulty monster.

Also, damage isn't everything... Ice mages can freeze their enemies, meaning they can easily kill Tauromancis at a much lower level than a Fire mage can.

Clerics can pwn large groups of undead with Heal... This gives em super fast XP gains. Face facts, Fire mages have the highest damage against one single monster, but their lack of a splash damage attack during 2nd job more than makes up for their damage advantage.

One last thing... Certain classes CAN be stronger than others at certain levels. Case in point: Mages dominate other classes during the 1st job advancement period. This doesn't make mages the best class, because they get weaker later, and other classes dominate at other times. You seem to be saying that just because a certain class is good at very high levels, that is the reason why its the best class. This is completely wrong. Its not the best class, its just the most powerful at a certain part of the game, like any other class.

What about lit mages from 30-82? I'd say they're prtty damn powerfull, and they can dish out some serious damage over multiple enemies. Remember 500 damage over 6 enemies is a lot more total damage than 2k on one enemy. Plus, while a fire wiz can take out one enemy with one hit, a lit mage could take out up to 6 in two or three hits. So I'd say fire rocks solo, but lit rocks mobs.

supposedly, xbows are stronger and bows are faster but xbows catch up and the difference isn't noticeable.

It doesn't really matter to me, they're the same thing. I don't even know why people argue over that.

I knew this was coming ... ne ways every thing has its ups BUT 1 just prevails over it... in this game speed/power/mesos/lvling are most important... and i base all the classes on these 4 things. zadam your optimism is great but in my opinion one class you better than others and there nothing you can do about it.(nor can I)btw ive made every single character execpt for pages...all over lvl60.. so yea...

Ummm, why do we even care enough to debate about who is the strongest? Shouldnt we just be satisfied with ourselves as we are and let the noobs do whatever they want, all we can do is offer them advice and opinions when they ask, there is no point in debating this topic being as there is going to be no end to it...

It doesn't even matter. Ive heard of people trying sins and all the other "good" classes and decided it was most fun to play as a super noob.

Well you can't really say 1 prevails over it all... You say that overall you think Sins and Dragon Knights are the strongest class... And yet during 2nd job Spearmen are out damaged by Fighters, so they aren't prevailing there. Sins are out-damaged by mages during 1st job, and by Bowmen during the later part of 2nd job.

So again I say to you... Each class is strong at certain stages of the game... No class dominates over every other class at all times.
