I need help for registrations, the problem is KSSN i have one but don't enter

To be honest with you, from what I've experienced, I think that SUN Online either:

A) Checks your IP to make sure you're korean, or

Checks to make sure the KSSN is fully valid...

i live in the US & i'm able to sign up for sun online,
so i doubt the IP has anything to do with it
(unless they know have a hidden camera somewhere to confirm my koreanality or i happen to have a korean router or IP i know nothing about >.<)~

mostly, your kssn has to be:
1. not used already
(many people who try to register for SUN finds out they can't because the kssn is borrowed, in a nicer term, from a stranger and it probably has been used already by someone else...so just find a korean friend with a fully valid kssn and don't take people's kssn you don't know >__< it's not nice~)
2. the kssn itself has to be of a person over 15 years old.

i can't register anymore for anybody since i ran out of legal kssns to sign up
& one kssn are only valid for sign up 2-3 times.
