theres :

kTW - Korean taleweaver
jTW - japanese talesweaver
cTW - Chinese talesweaver
tTW - Taiwan talesweaver (no longer active)

anyways, you should play in kTW. in the durnensa server..
go to talesweaver.org for guides abbout you account creation.
