I need help, guys. Please reply to this, I'm thoroughly confused.

Okay, I know most people say that 211 int and 165 dex with the rest in con is the best...but...

How do I do that? I don't get it...

Since runes get 2 int and 1 dex every lvl, then at lvl 95, without adding any points myself, I would have 208 int and 114 dex. That would mean adding int for only one level, and dex for 26 lvls...then the rest in con? That'd ebd up as 211 int, 264 dex, and 110 con. Is that right? It seems weird to only add int for one lvl...Can anyone help me? I'm lvl 23 right now, with 48 dex, 85 int, and 20 con. Am I doing something wrong? Should I start over?
