Hey pare, first of all I suggest not eating too much carbs, not too much palabok, or pancit alright? If you still young I suggest jogging, try jogging for 1 hour about 4 times a week it'll help. If you think you are ready to start pumping iron, remember that higher weights and fewer reps tend to make your muscles larger in size. And remember do not train the same muscle everyday. Take a 2 day rest from working out the same muscle, it is during your rest that your muscle really changes and grows.
Edit: Try eating several snacks a day rather than 3 big meals, it'll help keep your metabolism up which will allow you to burn more calories when stationary.
