Hi there ,
when i try to install warrock online it says : "Failed extraxting files"
What does it mean ...?
Pls react.

most likely while u were extracting from a corrupted source either u clean that source which i dont know how [sorry] or u can go and download the thing all over again its only 270 mB download u can wait a bit right

Goto program files -> warrock folder -> delete msconfig then start up warrock. That should start re patching and solve your problem.
