hi people, im coming over to flyff from MS cause nexon took over wizet and everything got screwed up.....anyways, just thought id say hi and ask if theres a better job for a begginer to this game

Everyone starts as a Vagrant; after that... it's up to you. I like to recommend mages for newbies, but other people recommend other classes.

by better i mean easier, but ive already made up my mind after vagrant, ima be a jester
i got a problem though, when i try to launch the game error 12029 result 2 pops up and tells me a connection to the server could not be made, should i reinstall it?

maybe you tried to install the game during a maint. hour

just try to red/l it and hope it works. and if you join lawolf, i will help you thro some stuff. i got a lvl 71 jester, lvl 73 rm, 54 merc and 42 mage and a aoe assist at 30. but like i said, thats lawolf

FlyFF was actually surprisingly stable after the last maintenance (compared to the usual maintenance chaos). Maybe this time they really only added the new cash shop stuff, and no new bugs.

ok i'm going to play but any class suggestions?
EDIT: i hate sheilds and i like high dmg without using too many potions and if it's a magic class i like fire or ice or something like that, and uh jester=yoyo right? that's awesome but their kinda weak right? uhm i'm thinking of knight, do they use a sheild and sword or cna you go two handed sword? any suggestions?
P.S. i'm going to start on lawolf probably as OmfgItsKai, and uh for vargrant or whatever go all strengh right?
EDIT: i'm WtfItsKai cause i frogot my pass / code thing to delete my old char.

If you don't like shields and hate using potions, I suggest being a Knight, they use 2 handed swords or axes and have great defence. Yoyo Jesters are weak while acros, but once they reach level 60 and become Jesters, they are 100x stronger, toughest class to level though. Vagrant should go mostly strength and a little stamina.

ok so i'm playing as WtfItsKai and uh emote you say there's 2 handed weapons but i dont see them in town.
EDIT: what if i just dont like sheilds? and i want high dmg? knight still?

You can't use 2 handed swords until you become a Knight, so until level 60 you'll be using a sword and shield. If you want to be a Knight just spam Splmash and Keenwheel, get all the self buffs, and get guillotine if you want, it's a pretty fun skill.

if i change my mind and i want to be a BP are Bps hard to level? cause the buffs are awesome but are they weak?
