I bought Kain and he didnt really work for me. I had to work 10x harder to get a good score on a mission then i did with Kirious or Elina. I dont know about Violet though i havent been able to buy her yet. You could always buy both eventually it really depends on if you can learn their combos easily. Any character can be deadly but gotta learn their combos first so i went on looks.
