I used the same render as my first, but this time, i took a different step, rate if you'd like, its in my sig....

i like the naruto look and the background and color so i give u a 8/10 good job keep it up

Well, it's getting better. Make your text a little bit more visible but just a little.
Your bg doesn't look well with the render, you have gimp right? Go to www.gimptalk.com (i think) and look for some tuts.

Make the outline of the text smaller and a black 1px border(or whatever) and nothing else I can really say.
