I had the same problemon my really lame crappy computer and i realized the culprit was the videocard sorry bud but you might need a newer videocard otherwise its not gonna run.

if thats not it then the servers might be messed up

Yeah, get a New computer, NOT A DELL. Something like Alienware, but then night will just be bleh. So get Alienware and Guild Wars or WoW or something.
