What do I do with the Incremented Files..

after I downloaded them? Yes, I downloaded all 20, but there isn't a file in there that pulls all the pieces together into one.. So now I'm confused, all help is needed. Thanks in advanced.

if you downloaded piece by piece, then click on the first file, and it should pile together...
