do you need guild wars prophercies to play nightfall or is it a separate game

please help me cause i need to know so i know which game to get

but i preffer getting prophecies first than. because its much harder to lvl. So their are not as many lvl 20s of whom are nooblets. but overall i believe that nightfall is better because u do not have to relie on henchmen as much because you get heroes. which are hench that you train so he will lvl with you and u choose his/her second proffesion and give it weapons and stuff!

Hey. You dont need Prophecies to play Nightfall. If you already have Prophecies and then install Nightfall it would be helpful but only because your character(s) from Prophecies could go to the Nightfall area etc.

Nightfall is completely seperate likewise factions.

If you have a char on a diff campaign all you have to do is put the new cd key in for your acc. then go to the boat in (Kamadan[nightfall], Kaineng[Factions] or Lions Arch[Prophecies]) and youll be able to travel to the campaigns of which cd key you installed to your acc.

and a bit of randomism from my friends: lol crayon
