Well when I decided that I would have a go on my Merc again after a few months, I opened up the FlyFF patcher, and after the game had patched I was at the login screen. I entered my ID, which I know is right but then I went to enter my password and it said it was wrong. I went through just about every password I've ever used and none of them worked.

I went to the FlyFF English site and tried to use the password recovery feature to then find that it was not functioning.

I checked my E-mails since I have every E-mail for over a year saved in my inbox only to find that the FlyFF registration E-mail was put in the junk and automatically deleted.

I don't want to lose my character but I can't think of any way to get my password back now.

Does anyone have any idea when the new account help feature will be put into action or any advice on the situation other than "haha..start again"?

Any help would be appreciated.

I have a friend with the same problem. They even didn't answer her e-mails.
