Whats the highest lv on the game n once u pick a server can u ever switch or r u there forever

lvl 60 is the highest and you can switch servers if you want to.. although you need to pay though

60 is the current max level, but will change if you choose to buy the expansion.

You can still get to lvl 70 even if you don't have the expansion. You just won't get the extra content in the expansion.

Since when do you need to pay to switch servers? I may be getting realms and servers up but I believe he ment realms

I think what he meant to say was, If you wanted to transfer your character to another server, you will need to pay.

Realm = Server
I have no clue how you would think those two are different X_X.
Anyway, if you don't have the expansion, you can't get to level 70. Raising the level cap to 70 is a new feature.
