looks like u wan others opinions for ur build... best to plan ur own one not off others info but anyway i will still help u.
Assassin can be molded to any build but ussually str or dex with a high intel but there are some with just STR/DEX which can also do good damage (1v1 pvp)

u choose the build cause even hybrids can be good. Dex/int best for lvlin disadvantage low hp.

Str/int u will deal alotta damage to players/mobs but u will have a week defence and take more damage.

Hybrid (almost even stats eg 120str 80dex 100int) good for lvlin and can tank other players disadvantage damage is lower than a Str/Int but will be a bit higher than dex/int
